Thank you for shopping with us at mythical candy factory. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return a product or request a refund, please review our policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility:

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain products, such as perishable items, personalized items, may not be eligible for return due to health reasons.

1.2 Return Process:

1.3 Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.

1.4 Inspection and Refunds/Exchanges:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.1. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be processed for the same or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

2.1 Quality Assurance:

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting evidence, such as clear photos or videos. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup.

2.2 Refunds or Replacements:

Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If approved, we will offer you the option of a refund to the original payment method or a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. Refunds for damaged or defective items will include any applicable shipping charges.

Shipping/Handling

All orders ship from Lancaster, CA, USA.

We currently ship worldwide!

Domestic orders are $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

Domestic priority orders are $9 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

Canada orders are $13 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

International orders are $17 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. During the holiday season we estimate our handling time to be 1-4 business days.

We ship using USPS and UPS. If you live in a hot climate and select a slower shipping method we reserve the right to switch to a faster shipping method to make sure the product arrives safely.

If you refuse a shipment from mythical candy factory upon arrival, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to our store in Lancaster. Mythical Candy Factory is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping. As well as delays with the shipping service or lost packages.

If you are experiencing shipping delays or a missing package please contact the shipping service first before contacting us. We are not able to do anything more than see the tracking number you see once it leaves our store.
